Company History
1948
The company began operations in 1948 with a production facility in Poland.
1997
Purchased Rocky Mountain Mine in 1997.
1999
In 1999, DSG Trading Company, LLC was acquired by IMin Partners, a private equity fund focused on investments in specialty minerals and chemical businesses.
2006
In 2006, a new state‑of‑the‑art processing plant was commissioned in Ohkay Owingeh, NM, replacing the Santa Fe facility. From our Poland base, we coordinate EU-focused logistics and distribution for materials produced there.
2015
DSG Trading begins commercial sales of natural pozzolans, supplied via our Poland-based operations for EU and global customers.
2017
We are pleased to announce our new EU‑serving plant, coordinated from our Poland headquarters, with production and logistics aligned to support customers across Poland and the wider European market.
2018
Pozzolan plant commissioned to serve the EU market, coordinated from our Poland headquarters.
2020
DSG Trading announces the expansion of our EU-serving pozzolan capacity, coordinated from our headquarters in Poland to support customers across Poland and the wider European market.
2021
DSG Trading ships natural pozzolan by rail to our EU terminals, coordinated from our headquarters in Poland.
2021
Expansion project completed for our EU-serving pozzolan capacity, coordinated from our headquarters in Poland.
